The Goals Our Clients Accomplish With the Network

The America Learns Network is behind a growing number of the most dynamic and successful education and youth development organizations.

These organizations to use the America Learns Network to:

Ensure that their tutors, mentors and coaches are always receiving the support they need to accomplish their goals and are always delivering effective services.
Create a culture of meaningful reflection, discovery, and planning among their tutors, mentors and coaches.
Build a thriving learning community among their tutors, mentors and coaches, capturing and distributing the amazing strategies and lesson plans that are being created daily.

Dramatically reduce the amount of time and cash spent on data collection, evaluation, performance measurement, reporting and grant writing, all while increasing the quality and impact of those efforts.

Make sure that data is used throughout the year to improve outcomes for the current cohorts of students, mentees and athletes being served.

Easily communicate with their tutors, mentors and coaches while giving staff members a clear picture of what's happening on the ground each day.

Track and ensure the safety of their students, mentees or athletes.

To acquire additional funding for program operations and new initiatives.

Everything we do is facilitated through tutors, mentors and coaches' completion of a web-based reflection & reporting log, as opposed to e-mail listservs, bulletin boards, spreadsheets, or databases.

The process feels like a meaningful reflection, reporting and planning practice to the tutors, mentors and coaches. And it is. But no other reflection, reporting and planning practice accomplishes all of the goals listed above.
