America Learns' Terms of Service are explicitly laid out in the license negotiated with the organization that issued you a username and password to access the America Learns Network.  That license contains an explicit line item stating that you may not share your access information to the America Learns Network with any other individual under any circumstances.  You also may not use any strategies found in the National Strategy Database for any commercial reason.  You may not post any strategies found in the National Strategy Database to any other internet or intranet Web site or to any written or electronic publication, including e-mail.

The license also has the following provision:

- America Learns (and its licensors, where applicable) alone shall own all right, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to (i) the America Learns Network and its content, (ii) the methodology, technology, and services related to the America Learns Network, (iii) any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by any party related to or connected with America Learns with respect to such items (including any of which have been provided by Client).
