Welcome 2024-2025 Commonwealth Corps Members and Supervisors!
As a reminder, here is some Important information on our timesheet system and policies:

Member timesheets are due by 5PM on Fridays, unless otherwise arranged with their supervisor and reported to MSA, due to regularly scheduled Friday evening/Saturday service hours.

Supervisors must review and approve timesheets by noon on Mondays. In the event of a Monday federal holiday or weather emergency, timesheets must be approved by 10am on Tuesdays.

In the event that a member’s hours are not reported or categorized correctly, or additional information is required, a supervisor should return the timesheet for you to revise and submit.

Late submission or supervisor approval of timesheets may delay a member’s stipend.
The Commonwealth Corps Team will review timesheets via the online system to ensure that they are properly completed and approved.The team may return timesheets to members for re-submission, which will then require re-approval from supervisors.
