Member Concern- Members will have this form to be able to communicate with Program Staff about any concerns they may be experiencing within their sites, classrooms, the AmeriCorps Program and in their personal lives.

Data Collection- Please document the minutes spent with the students with your cohort as an accurate representation of the service you provide. Personalized data collection spreadsheets will be provided in your email. If you have any questions, please contact program staff.
