*ABLE Early Childhood

POSITION DESCRIPTION: ABLE Early Childhood members will serve in specific Early Childhood classrooms and implement evidence-based math games to increase student math comprehension. Members will serve alongside lead teachers and be coached on early childhood teaching techniques. Members will work with students throughout the school day and assist in the implementation of academic curriculum.  

*ABLE Math Game Intervention

Members are responsible for recording and submitting required reporting documents throughout their term of AmeriCorps service. Members must track their assigned students and dates/length of time played for each math game session. Then, the member will submit monthly reports by the last day of each week. If members do not provide required reporting, disciplinary action may be taken by the program.
