OTR continues to offer limited in person services.. THE LITERACY CENTER WILL BE ABLE TO HAVE A MAXIMUM OF 3 PAIRS AT ONE TIME IN THE LITERACY CENTER. The Literacy Center offers hybrid classes and also in person if they prefer.
PLEASE CALL AND MAKE RESERVATIONS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVE.

If you are planning on applying for US Citizenship, you can request assistance with the civics test just by letting Staff know you want to study for the test!!

Mondays -Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
If you cannot schedule your tutoring sessions during these hours, please contact either Sheila or Esperanza and we will attempt to accomodate your hours. Another option is to use the library next door.
